RALEIGH, NC – Constellation Digital Partners today announced the appointment of Lauren Moran as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2025. Moran succeeds Kris Kovacs, the company’s founding CEO, who will continue to support Constellation’s long-term strategy and market presence as a member of its Board of Directors.
Moran, a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in financial services and consulting, has played a key role in Constellation’s development and success. She has held several senior leadership roles—most recently as Chief Operating Officer—where she oversaw implementations, partner success, and operational performance across the organization.

As founding CEO, Kris Kovacs launched Constellation with a bold vision to solve the digital delivery challenges facing credit unions. He led the company’s initial fundraising efforts, built a strong executive team, and oversaw the successful delivery of an open platform that now powers innovative fintech experiences for credit union members nationwide.

Before joining Constellation, Moran spent nearly a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she led cross-functional teams to deliver strategic and operational solutions for financial services clients. Her combination of strategic insight and operational execution positions her ideally to guide Constellation through its next phase of innovation and expansion.
As CEO, Moran will focus on scaling the company’s platform adoption, strengthening fintech partnerships, and advancing Constellation’s mission to modernize digital banking. Kovacs will remain actively involved in the company’s strategic direction—particularly around growth and external advocacy—through his ongoing role on the Board.
